Additionally, the next annual Petfood Forum conference and exhibition is scheduled for 27-29 April 2020 in Kansas City, Mo., with the first edition of the one-day Petfood Essentials: Production and Safety A to Z, to kick off the event on 27 April. The location will once again be at the Kansas City Convention Center.

Since 1992, the annual Petfood Forum conference in the United States has been taking place and growing every year. Petfood Forum had always been based in the Chicago area until relocating to a larger venue for the 2015 event, in Kansas City, Missouri. Petfood Forum conferences also offer one-day events outside of North America, including Petfood Forum Asia, Petfood Forum China and Petfood Forum Europe. These are held in partnership with other shows — Petfood Forum China is located in Shanghai in partnership with Pet Fair Asia.
