Adams obtained his MBA in 1998, focusing on strategy, creativity and innovation. He has worked on new product development for many years and won Food Ingredient of the Year for his work on a fiber for the human food market. Since 2000 Adams has consulted, predominantly to the pet food industry, on helping businesses make new products that contain novel ingredients and have proven difficult to produce with current manufacturing practice.
