Join us for networking, mentorship and a presentation by keynote speaker Tamara Ghandour on Wednesday, May 1 from 12-1 pm in the Future of Petfood Pavilion in the Petfood Forum exhibit hall.

Tamara Ghandour is founder of LaunchStreet and creator of the Innovative Quotient Edge (IQE) assessment tool. Her work combines her 25 years of business experience with neuroscience, brain mechanics and behavioral psychology. IQE has shown people around the world the keys to unlocking their innovative minds so they can perform at their peak, create breakthroughs and have a stronger, more valued voice in the world and their own organizations. Ghandour is author of “Innovation is Everybody’s Business;” host of a podcast, “Coffee with Tamara Ghandour;” and offers online tools and training. Women in Petfood Leadership will bring together like-minded professional women in pet food to build a community and interact by offering opportunities for networking, career planning, leadership development and professional support. This program is open to all women, and men, who support the principles of cooperation, education, mentoring, and encouragement for women to grow professionally throughout the pet food industry.
